The third overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft missed his first two seasons due to multiple foot surgeries.
Per Philly.com:
The 76ers have been throwing around the words blood bath when describing the post-player competitions at training camp.
“I feel like I’m the best player on the floor,” he said following Tuesday morning’s workout at Stockton University. “So I’m just going to do my job on the floor. I’m just going to do what coach [Brett Brown] wants me to do: Be a defensive piece, and when I’m needed to be a scorer, I’m going to be that.
“But the mindset I get whenever I get on the floor is that I’m the best player.”
