Pistons point guard Reggie Jackson has managed to become one of the NBA’s premiere talkers this season. He has an ongoing beef with former Thunder teammate Russell Westbrook and he wasn’t afraid to talk himself into a fervor ahead of Detroit’s first-round series against the No. 1 seeded Cavaliers, either.
In the video above, Jackson chats with VICE Sports about everything from his head coach Stan Van Gundy to his relationship with Russ. The most poignant moment, though, comes when Jackson admits: “I think I come off mean sometimes. I come off as an asshole, somebody who doesn’t want to talk, because I most of the time don’t.”
