Kieson Cuffee, who is 17-years-old, is being held without the right to bail after Cuffee pleaded innocent to murder in the fatal shooting of Mario Hornsby Jr., a 19-year-old Central High School honors student and captain of the basketball team, who was gunned down over the weekend.
