Sorry, Mo Evans. Golden State has elected to match the Clippers’ offer for Kelenna Azubuike.

I need to go for a workout in Oakland. They’ll sign ANYBODY. I actually like them keeping Azubuike who was an absolute overacheiver in limited minutes last year, but why sign Mo Evans then? Do they even have a Center (or a starting-quality PG for thast matter)on their roster or is it just skinny 3’s and combo guards? All that said, this team will be awesome to watch if they can sustain awinning record/attitude. And if not they’ll be an atrocity.

I wonder how many exclamation points this will get from Holly?

Perfect Lashes still getting shine and now dollars. Holly was prophetic back in January and February.

I hope the off-season moves spur a decent rivalry between these two California teams. I mean, its not like they have the playoffs to look forward to.

The Clippers wouldve been a playoff team with Azabuike off the bench, probably 7 or 8 seed

Um.. what is Gstate’s post-Baron plan again? They’re keeping Buike, but letting Andris go to Europe? I am confused at which one is a big and which one is a swing? Their roster is looking mad uneven. Mayhaps a big trade is in the works?

They have to sign all these guys before they sign Monta (which just happened) and then Biedrins for the salary cap. Mo Evans balked on the original contract. Mullin would have signed Evans based on the original contract but when he stated he wanted more money there was no reason not to sign Kelenna back. They’re essentially the same player and Kelenna is at least younger and a slightly better rebounder.

so Mo Evans, Stack Jack, Al Harrington, and Maggette werent good enough. That sucks for Azubuike, he would have got play time in LA. in five minutes the warrioirs will trade every non SF on their team for a SF.

[…] Word has it Mo Evans balked at the Warriors’ initial offer, so the Warriors figured they were better off keeping Kelenna Azubuike. […]

Azebuike is a beast. He is much better than Mo Evans, and has more of an upside. I don’t think the Warriors are going to jeopardize the Biedrins signing by signing Azebuike. Ellis was locked up today. Tomorrow Biedrins.
