Prove it and then it’s pay time. If Lakeshow won a ring next season, extend him. If not, oh well…

Sesa, I like it. A 13 and 10 guy is not worth 80 mill. Hell, when Josh Boone became a starter for the Nets back in December, he averaged a double-double too.

RV says:
Sesa, if they win a title next year and pay him that, they won’t win one after that since they’ll have to let Odom walk

bynum is gonna be one of the best centers in the nba. are the lakers gonna move gasol or bynum to PF? thats one of the best frontcourts in the league, along with toronto and their pickup of jermaine oneal. bosh and o’neal in the same frontcourt will be nasty. and a solid center/forward in barnagni off the bench will make that part of their game absolutely insane.

Holy Baller says:
They have to move Pau to power forward. How are you going to have a seven foot, 280 lbs power forward who is a hell of a lot bigger than your center?
Jul.4 at 5:57 pm
Moose says:
youre right, bynum is 25 pounds heavier than gasol. the lakers have a lot of depth at the center/forward positions, with bynum, gasol, turiaf, lamar odom might play a little power forward too. the lakers look good. i’m afraid. thats from a celtics fan, too.

Pau is 255!!? wow, he looks barely 240. Same weight as Dwight Howard at 255? I dont think so.

No way! Gasol is too soft for the center (nba finals if you need any proof). that’s coming from a laker. the only thing that bynum will do is improve and the lakers could win it all if hes in full shape

Moose says:
nah, dwight howard is 265 while gasol is 250. bynum is 285. whoops. that makes bynum 35 pounds heavier than gasol.

When is Quizno’s gonna drop Bynum an endorsement deal?

Diogo says:
FINALLY! Now who plays center? Gasol is better, and I doubt they can put them both in there as 4 and 5. If Phil can work that magic we’d get rid of the Radmanovic experience, at last. But that seems Houdini stunt crazy to me. Who wants to bench a 81 million dollar player?
Jul.6 at 5:02 pm
Moose says:
bynum plays center, gasol plays enforcer, radmonivic comes off the bench with turiaf at PF.

Diogo says:
Is there a team in history that was successful starting two “true” centers? (for any definition of “true”–Gasol and Bynum are not PFs.)

diogo - - 1985 houston rockets with the twin towers hakeem Olajuwon and Ralph Samspson. Hakeem was 7 feet and sampson was 7-4. they both played center in college.

Diogo says:
@Moose. Thanks. Oh, and there was the Spurs also, or Duncan played PF in college?
