Can a player in college just not make himself elidgable for the draft and just sign up as a free agent?

maybe to avoid playing for a crappy team. And maybe you couod negotiate a better contract than as a draft pick (esp late rounders)

I would love to see Durant get some help so that he can can focus on improving the efficincy of his offensive game and get some wins too. If they get the 1/2 pick they’ll still struggle for a year but they will be a beast in time.
