Capital Classic Dunk Contest
Video coverage of the Under Armour Capital Classic Dunk Contest!
Two days before the actual Under Armour Capital Classic game took
place, the players from the event were rounded up at Bishop O’Connell
High School in Arlington, VA for the slam-dunk and 3-point contests.
The O’Connell students filled the stands to support their schoolmate,
Jason Clark, who seemed poised to walk away the winner. However, the
effort of David Diakite, who played in the regional game that preceded
the national game, stole the show and the contest title by dunking
over four people. Diakite, who is currently unsigned, certainly left a
strong impression on those in attendance.
Here’s an exclusive video re-cap of day one of the Under Armour
Capital Classic. Don’t blink!
