I liked the green uni’s. There were some terrible calls in the game and I was actually glad to see TJ show some emotion because this trip was terrible for the Raps. I don’t blame him. As a huge Raps fan I was feeling the same way….and would everyone give up on the whole TJ Ford Jose Calderon stuff. Calderon starts TJ comes off the bench. They play almost equal minutes so whats the big deal……

@MD: I agree. There is no way that people can blame TJ for losing as of late. I agree that his shot selections haven’t been the best at times but that can be attributated to the fact that he is such a competitor, and the fact that last year when Bosh was out no one was complainging when he was stepping up and knocking down those shots. TJ Ford is not the reason that the Raptors have forgotten how to play defense as of late…

Because honestly when they are both healthy they play almost equal minutes, so if the only way it will work is with TJ Fordhaving his name announced at the beginning then so be it. Jose wasn’t actually playing that much worse lately, he’s just been getting less minutes, whereas Ford’s FG% continues to drop and his TO’s continue to rise. And yet somehow he’s better? Dude doesn’t even bother to call plays.

T.J. is more talented, Jose is more effective. What good is superior court vision and creativity (T.J.) if you don’t pass the rock. Jose’s brilliance is that he plays within in himself, he passes to the open man, he takes the open jump shot, and can finish an open lay-up, simple yet effective. When T.J. (re)learns to not do too much, he’ll be better than Jose, right now he’s not.
