Is there only one angle on video? CP3 line drived his crotch trying to get the ball, so Bowen probably was pissed about that and that may be why he gave him a kick, but from this angle i can’t tell how hard he kicked.

Seeing it from another angle, looked like he did it on purpose, but it was more of a “get you ass back on the floor” push, than a kick. I think the annoying part of all these Bowen incidents is that he never makes sure the guy is ok and acts like he did nothing.
