Wally is like VC in that he can take it to the rim, but doesn’t, is always injured, and will be remembered for not living up to what he could have been. Wally/Vince isn’t as bad as a comparison as it seems. Wally was a heck of an athlete in college, and dude is still ripped. He definitely has the talent to do more than stand back and shoot threes. But he gets away with it because he’s white.

He was athletic by the tale of the tape but theres a difference in translating that into production. LIke sure he could have a 33 inch vert but is he a smooth flexible athlete? I don’t think so. I think he can do more too but if we’re comparing college games, I think Morrison can gt his shot off easier.I mean the guy averaged double figures his first year and he passed up a lot of open shots. The game against the nets where he had 27 he looked like the real deal.I think he can play I just know everyone thinks I’m wrong.

If thought that a few times too, but I think the powers that be prefer to keep the website as it’s own entity and the mag as another. Still it would be cool to see BET get a shoutout for the 100,000 comment or Izzo for having a piece posted or me for surving verbal warfare from Russ. But I like our daily interaction with these guys regardless. It makes reading the mag seem way more “homey” than it did 6 or 7 years ago.
