Big Big difference - the Heat do-over problem was caused by Atlanta Hawks staff. This appeal is based on the call made by a ref. No way is Stern going to start second guessing his refs (except if they start getting comped free buffets at the casino).

The Bobcats need a do-over of the whole damn franchise. Step one: New uniform design/colors. Step two: Don’t draft Sean May and Adam Mustacheson. Step three: Don’t hire Michael Jordan to do anything personnel related. Step four: Don’t trade for Jason Richardson. (He’s a talented enough player, but man, that contract.)
