Ryan Jones says:
Assuming he ends up on the Lakers, I’m gonna write in Steph as my West PG. He’s totally Starbury.

white hot eboy says:
It doesn’t work as well when you use it on Steph himself, Ryan.
Nov.14 at 5:02 pm
Myles Brown says:
If Steph ended up on the Lakers, the Staples Center would turn into the Gaza Strip. Cause Kobe can tend to be a bit Starbury himself.

d.Y. says:
Still writing in my Mahmoud Abdul Rauf and Craig Hodges protest votes.

You’re right. I was pressing — but THANK YOU MILES for getting it in there. I’m serious. This needs to be the new sh*t.

You’re welcome.

BREAKING NEWS: The 2008 All-Star Game will consist of a game of one-on-one between Yao Ming and Yi Jianlian. “Nobody voted for anyone else,” shrugged NBA Commissioner David Stern. “So it’s Yao versus Yi to 11, win by 2 or first to 15, make it-take it.”
Nov.14 at 5:36 pm
Russ Bengtson says:
The 2010 All-Star Game will be played in Beijing. Many American players will be quite Starbury.

h-wag says:
Why is Antoine Walker on that thing ?
And who put him on there as a guard ? That may be the heaviest guard of all time. Also nice to see Tim Duncan coming of the bench as a center. That just paves the way for Dirk with Garnett also gone.
Nov.14 at 5:47 pm
Russ Bengtson says:
Yeah, I’m confused by Antoine Walker’s role on the All-Star ballot.

Anyone who dosen’t vote for Hedo Tukoglu is extremely Starbury.
Nov.14 at 7:10 pm
the Birdman says:
Is is anyone who spells doesn’t “dosen’t”.
Nov.14 at 7:18 pm

watch yi make the all star game
Nov.14 at 7:24 pm
Phil B says:
EAST:
guards - ray allen and joe johnson. not sure why.
forwards - garnett and james. gotta vote for the actual best so that Yi doesn’t get a starting job.
center - sheed. not cause he’s the best, cause he’s my favorite. WEST:
guards - nash and roy. cause i like them both and someone has to vote for them. of course i know kobe and t-mac will be voted in.
forwards - melo and howard. cause i like them.
center - aldridge. cause he’s another favorite. i will vote twice a day every day possible and only lebron and garnett will actually start.

JohnnyRebel says:
While Dirk and KG are the only options for MVP (yeah I said it) All star is still way up in the air!
Nov.14 at 7:45 pm
Phil B says:
why in the world are dirk and kg the only options for mvp? kg is definitely an early good option. dirk is not. shouldn’t have won it last year either. i don’t like the idea of just giving it to the best player on the team with the best record.

tt says:
I don’t see Yi’s name on the ballot, or is it just me?

Nov.14 at 8:24 pm

Carmelo gets to start in the west? Or maybe shawn Marion will be a surprise pick(not)!
Nov.14 at 8:40 pm
Galo says:
Is it just me or the NBA is opening voting earlier each season? Is it just so they can say “Look, Yao got 3,567,223,122 votes!”. It’s obvious they’ll vote. Its the only thing they can vote to!
Nov.14 at 8:41 pm
Galo says:
It’d be SOOOO cool if Steph’s name wasn’t even on the list. He’d be mad crazy. Oh wait. My bad.
Nov.14 at 9:49 pm
whooo! says:
looks like duncan and kg will both be on the bench this year, even though both are still right at the top of the game. yao will start over duncan, and the yi/lebron combo will make kg come off the bench, watch it. all thanks to china.
Nov.14 at 9:49 pm
whooo! says:
i don’t think michale jordan in his prime could have beaten out yao for a starting spot if they played the same position.
Nov.14 at 9:56 pm
vmcb says:
Bosh’ll never get to Nawlens if he keeps playing like this. eesh.
Nov.14 at 10:33 pm

Holy Jesus, I pray that Starbury, Ron Ron, Woooo!, Z-Bo, Sheed and Melo all make it. Bogut too, just so we can read his interviews after.

Can NBA players vote? Like Mark Madsen voting for LeBron or something like that? Does it only work with players who have no chance of rigging it?
Nov.15 at 3:08 am
dacre says:
the china will votes big mens ming yao and country brothermen yi ylang ylang most truly starbury fashion.
Nov.15 at 5:23 am
Russ Bengtson says:
NBA players can definitely vote–remember when Gil voted for himself 50,000 times two years ago?
Nov.15 at 8:02 am
Shaun says:
Yi is not on the list. Read it elsewhere that he ins’t eligible. Neither should K Durant. Anyway, what’s the worry? If the All Star is the fans choice and if there are more fans out there voting - it works out best for the NBA in the end. Welcome to the rest of the world America!
Nov.15 at 9:06 am
Galo says:
f*ck the fans. I want to see good players and great basketball on the all-star. Fans are emotional, biased. Hell, Yao got voted when he still sucked! And Melo was out all but last year (the year he should’ve started). All because of fans.
Nov.15 at 10:24 am
Jared says:
yao got voted because he has a billion people voting for him, he has more people voting for him than people who will actually watch the game…fact…which is the same reason eazy yi will be an all-star until he doesn’t wanna play ball anymore…which sucks. And if you want to see great basketball, don’t watch the all-star game…flashy basketball yes, great basketball…no
Nov.15 at 12:06 pm
Kevin says:
gotta love it, 7-8 games in and the NBA has the all-star game ballot already? Shareef’s one guy i always root for, but he’s played a total of 30 minutes so far this year…….. who organizes this crap?
Nov.15 at 12:09 pm
Kevin says:
hmmm.. why are so many rookies missing from that list? at a glance, Durant’s the only one i see.. Horford’s at a double-double so far and Pachulia is at 4-4, yet the guy with the strangest name in the NBA is on the ballot..
Nov.15 at 12:12 pm
Kevin says:
and scrap my Shareef comment.. his name isn’t on this version of the list, i wonder if someone caught on and changed it or if the first place i saw the ballot just made a mistake..
