The first 120 times I saw the NBA’s new “Where Amazing Happens” commercials, I thought they were pretty cool. Then I realized that anyone with iMovie could probably make a similar spot. Here at the SLAM Dome on Friday I brought the topic up, saying we should make fake SLAM commercials making fun of the NBA spots.
Then, while procrastinating while writing the SLAM 114 cover story on Saturday, I went for it and actually made a fake “Where Amazing Happens” commercial for SLAMonline.

UNFU*KINGBELIEVABLY GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Mike Brown/Little Dun shots made me laugh so hard I cried. I would like to see more of these from the other SLAM guys. Damn, Lang, that was better than all the NBA ones. PERFECT!!!!
