I’m not feeling this shoe. I was a fan of the previous three shoes, but this one looks like s***. What was converse (I mean Nike) thinking when they were putting the ugly triangles on the shoe? Yeah with the whole “strongest shape” and all, but just look at it. What the hells up with the color scheme? It looks like shoe has been fossilized and there a layers of earth on my shoe. D-Wade deserves a better shoe than this, man. COME ON CONVERSE! THINK BEFORE MAKING THESE PIECES OF CRAP YOU CALL SHOES!

Fellas fellas look deeper into this shoe it has Jordan influence all over it. It’s a combo a few Air’s (but you’ll out on any AJ long as it’s an AJ) nonetheless it’s decent. Once you see Wade in them and a few folks at the mall it’ll start to grow on you. Me, only thing keeping me from pulling the trigger is the $100 price tag for a Converse not endorsed by Larry Johnson!!!!!

Here’s the much heavy Jordan influence on the new D Wade you guys have called “ugly”! Add on if ya feel I’m going to miss something. Bottom outside sole the Jordan 10, the “bootish” thickish style of shoe the Jordan 2,15 & 22, the triangle designs “air plane” concept without the “metal” the Jordan 22, crazy high tongue but definitely not as cool the Jordan 5, & 6, double tongue flap with Wade logo on it taken from the Jordan 21 although the 21 doesn’t have a logo on it. Get my drift boys this shoe in which most of you’ve driven thru the mud is basically a combo of Jordan’s looks soo much like the 22 kinda stalkerish, that you all went goo goo gaa gaa over. Just because it doesn’t have Nike or MJ on it doesn’t mean that the Kick isn’t hot. The Black/wht/red one’s are hot already got them thanks to my man Mr. “S”. Nice lookin out. Oh yeah, I still hate F’n bloggers!!!!

I agree with Andre that this pair has Jordan influence(s) in it. For me, I can see that it looks like a hybrid from the xx2. I still think that this shoe sucks. I was not a fan of the xx2 till I tried out a pair and noticed how comfortable and light they were. I didn’t like the price too (Jordan xx2 for $ 175). With 100 bucks for this pair, I would rather buy the Nike team series. Converse definitely needs to get their acts together or DWade might consider bailing out and move to another brand (like what VC did to Puma and And1).

Hey Duke DWade is being patient Nike owns Converse and are trying to have DWade and others revive the entire line his next kicks may be an instant classic, we’ll have to wait half the season. VC was doing alot of shoe hoppin cuz he couldn’t get big money up front, DWade got paid so no need to shoe swap, yet..
