It’s not because he’s white. It’s because, at least to the best of my knowledge, Brad Miller gave off the persona of a ‘good ol boy,’ and ‘good ol boys’ DO NOT have braids. It would be akin to Iverson donning some nut-hugger wranglers and a belt buckle the size of his head.

I think the fact that it’s half done makes it worse. The problem is white hair (which I have a little less of each day), won’t stay nice in those braids for more than a day. Additionally, while it starts off ok, the way it looks in the back is always a mess. There are exceptions, but its the texture of the hair that makes it look bad, not the pale skin.
