The Stags, one of the most vaunted programs in high school hoops, graduated some top prospects but return senior wing Kenny Tate, arguably the top wide receiver in high school football, and add underclassmen transfers Josh Selby and Naji Hibbert, both Baltimore natives, to form a nice backcourt.
