Thank God Brendan Byrne didn’t live long enough to see this. Oh wait, he’s still alive.

@boing: it was to iconix (nowhere near k-mart “standards”) and it was last year, i should know i work for both of them.

Russ Bengtson says:
“In the US, Iconix has licensed JOE BOXER exclusively to Kmart, a leading mass merchandising chain and part of Sears Holdings Corporation, the country’s third-largest retailer. JOE BOXER is currently in all 1,479 Kmart stores.”

The NEts are never going to brooklyn … they have to displace too many people.

Sep.28 at 3:03 pm

Russ Bengtson says:
Iconix owns Joe Boxer, and their products appear in EVERY K-Mart store, thus validating BD’s comment that Iconix “makes clothes for K-Mart.” I wasn’t making a “counterpoint” as much as I was stating a “fact.”

Gerard Himself says:
Jay-Z needs to put some dollars down because the Nets need another point guard. Marcus Williams broke a bone in his foot, and will be out for the next 6-8 weeks. So behind Jason Kidd is now…. nobody.
