He’s been clean the past FOUR YEARS!!! He’s currently 42 YEARS OLD!! Why would they even fathom reinstating him. I could picture the scene in the Five Heartbeats when Eddie Kane stumbles up to the group and tries to do their old routine and they all look at him with shame and disgust, then Duck gives him a 20 and tells him to take care. “Nights like this I wish… I wish… that raindrops would fall!” Just a shame.

Well, he’s not asking for reinstatement now, he wants $$$$$$$$. Any lawyer here know of any American precedents for this case? With the current wave of public opinion against druggies, tide seems against Tarpley.
