This actually was the 1st SLAM issue I bought. Shawn Kemp on the cover, if I remember correctly. I always wonder what happened to those guys who didn’t make it.

hey ben, me too. i dont know if it was my first or second. i think it was only the Third slam mag ever at that point. Steph was nasty back then. First team as a Jr.

Ward played in Spain, but was cut after 10 games. Also played in Korea.
Cummings had some European success : 2 years in Serbia, one season in Maccabi Tel-Aviv.
