Dennis Rodman to Play Again
OK, so it’s only for one game (in Australia no less), and it’s a blatant publicity stunt. Still, the guy will make $80K for simply showing up. Nice work, if you can get it.

He did a game here in the UK and pulled down 23 boards against my local team Newcastle, and Newcastle were playoff champions that year. We got a hell of a lot of publicity, though. More than basketball has ever got in this country as long as I’ve followed it.

He’s gonna be doing this kind of sh*t until he’s 80. Assuming he lives that long. Which he probably won’t.

This could be a good place for a player comparison. Never mind 23/24, what about Big Ben & The Worm? Who you got? Who you got?

Rodman came out to Edmonton, Canada to make an appearance at a pro lacrosse game last year. He didn’t play any basketball, just was there. Hopefully by the time I have kids he’ll be taking bookings for birthday parties.

Rodman, definitely. In fact, if you believe Wages of Wins, Rodman was the main reason, by far, for the brief reign of the pistons at the end of the 80’s.

For the 215th time, if Dennis Rodman doesn’t make the HOF I’m gonna burn it down.

Didn’t he have to pay $80k to a guy in Vegas as a part of a settlement?

I’ll be holding a torch right next to ya, Myles. In fact, I vote we burn the f*cking place down anyway.

Myles: If it took the Hall this long to put Dominique in there, I don’t think our kids will ever see Rodman inducted.

Rodman, at one stage, was probably the best rebounder in the history of rebounding, not called Bill Russell or Wilt Chamberlain. Word to Moses Malone.
