Yeah, what Ron said. I actually think he has a scorer’s mentality on par with Bryant’s, but since he beats his defender by his quick release and being generally unpredictable, while Bryant rises over the defender to get a view of the rim and really likes gathering rhythm before going for his shot, his game is better suited for Intl ball, because of the Zone defenses and the fact that intl defenders are often shorter.

It’s scary how built for the international game Melo is. Durant should take notes, because if he gets his mind right, he could be a similar player. Melo even plays D, something he clearly saves for the international comp.

carmelo has been a beast. love kobe and kidd in the back court but our team is close to dream team..dare i say..add wade and this team will be pretty much unbeatable. what is scary….someone..either wade, melo, or bron is coming off the bench which is crazy..i think j-kidd has to start!
