I have been working on two very frustrating projects for most of the day. One of them is still a huge trainwreck. The other one is going to shut down the internet tomorrow. I can’t say what it is until then, but you’ll know it when you see it. It is one of the few things in life that do not disappoint.
Player of the D.A.Y. is Memo Okur for his 31 and 11 against the Spurs. I know that Kevin Durant had a 37-23 night against Bobby Knight, but I do not want to step on Ben Collins and his college toes. One thing I will say about Durant is that last year I was sent to this promotional thing for the Jordan Classic where I hung out in a Boost Mobile barbershop on wheels with the vague instructions to cover whatever it was. Durant was one of several players that got free haircuts that day. My eventual idea was to interview someone from T-Mobile and then create this short video and throw on a T.I. instrumental for some reason. Since this D.A.Y. hasn’t been nearly as fun as yesterday’s, hey here’s a video of an explosive college superstar! Getting a haircut, sitting in a corner, and wearing a bucket hat!

Nothing anybody does against the celtics while PP is hurt counts, in fact if/when the celtics finally get a win, a celtic should automatically be player of the d.a.y.

Man, Okur had 31 and 11 against the SPURS! No way Bryant’s stats are better… I mean, playing the celtics. And sure Bosh might have had 3 more points than Okur, but I’m still waiting for the day when I see the wizards play D.

Player of the day for Memo is completely fair. Stop bitchin’. It’s not just 31 and 11. 10/14 shooting w/ 0(zero) turnovers, against the SPURS in a VERY CLOSE game. He scored 8 points in the last minute. Kobe scored 43 against the team that just broke their franchise record for most consecutive losses. My bad, give it to Kobe then. Bosh won the Player of the Month today, but yeah, he got robbed cuz he didn’t win Sam’s Player if the D.A.Y. The world is totally unfair, right guys?

I totally agree …. with Sam`s choice …. Kobe against the Celtics ? PLEASE, Celtics games only qualify for PoD.A.Y. when triple doubles or 50 pts are tallied ……
And CB4 gets Player of the month, thats a fair deal …
Remember, it was the Spurs, they are still good, well, at least technically they are a top ten team ….
