Oh boy… I’m doubling up on Iverson posts today, cause this is just that good. Golden State of Mind has a link to this rumor and the photo of the jersey you see on the left. With today’s Shot of the Day being the old Timmy and Spree cover, I feel it’s only right. And I promise I’m not just linking to them cause they wrote a post all about SLAM last week.
Baron Davis and Iverson, with either Murph or J-Rich still around? Comments?

B Diddy and AI could form a devastating backcourt. I don’t even think you miss much on the defensive end with Davis being big and strong enough to guard most two guards. Still need a reliable post presence though.

Ike @Center Well, what should the Warriors offer to trade for AI? I’d say: Mike Pietrus, Mike Dunleavy and the Golden Gate Bridge. That should be sufficient.

there’s no way 6ers will make a trade like that. if i were billy knight, jrich MUST be part of the trade. possibly troy murphy, but his contract’s terrible too. i will absolutely refuse to take lil’ dun, who can be a great rotation player (3rd person off bench) on a champ caliber team but makes more than most starters. well since i’m a gsw fan, i’m hoping billy knight do the exact opposite of course. there are simply way too many GMs running teams to the ground.

Whoever said that the Golden State Warriors suck and that J-Rich must be traded are a bunch of chooches, even with Baron its still his team. Now that they got Jackson and Harrington in the lineup the Warriors are becoming legit. Oh yeah if the Denver Nuggets were that good they would have won more games early in the season, they are just starting to pick it up now with Iverson and Melo…

Wow who woulda thought that J-Rich would get traded a few months after I post my first comment lol. Well now all I have to say is the warriors made a really bad move trading Richardson for a rookie but the warriors should have no problems and still kick ass. Baron Davis is the truth over there now. As for J-Rich, a Bobcat now, his take over is about to begin as well as his way to becoming an all-star.
