With 13.5 seconds to go in Game 2 of the Thunder-Spurs battle Monday night in San Antonio, Dion Waiters elbowed Manu Ginobili to create the space needed to inbound the ball, and no whistle was blown.
Following OKC’s 98-97 win, referee Ken Mauer admitted that an offensive foul should have been called on Waiters.
