WATCH: Blake Griffin Dunks on Nemanja Bjelica

In the LA Clippers’ 107-99 win against the visiting Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday, Blake Griffin finished with 26 points, eight rebounds and eight assists.

The All-Star big fella also added a pair of spectacular finishes, including one over poor Nemanja Bjelica.

The Clips are riding a two-game winning streak.

Per the OC Register:

During an 8-0 surge that put the young Timberwolves away, Chris Paul hit shots from one of his favorite spots on the court and Griffin muscled his way to the basket for a 3-point play. […] “We executed pretty well,” Paul said. “First and foremost, we made shots. Blake made some big shots down the stretch and so did J.J., and most of all, we defended and got stops when we needed to.”

In the clutch – a term NBA stats define as games within five points with five minutes to go – the Clippers are still one of the league’s worst. […] Only the Philadelphia 76ers, Lakers, Sacramento Kings, Portland Trail Blazers and Phoenix Suns have been less “clutch,” as the NBA defines it, using points scored and allowed per 100 possessions as a metric.

“We didn’t panic,” reserve forward Josh Smith said. “We were positive on the bench. We didn’t see people being antsy with the coaching staff or the players. We just have to keep that mental focus, understanding and knowing we have finishers on this team, no matter what the opposing team does, we feel like we can win the game.”
