Marcus Smart was ejected from the Boston Celtics’ preseason game with the Cleveland Cavaliers Saturday night. Smart stepped in after his teammate Aron Baynes got tangled up with JR Smith.
Smart only appeared in three minutes of game time.
After the game, Smart told reporters that he gestured for Smith to meet him in the back. “I told him to come to the back. All that on the court, we can handle that off the court,” Smart said.
