The Nets are currently 44-36, good for fifth in the Eastern Conference. If they lose their last two games and the Wizards win their season finale, Brooklyn would fall to the No. 6 seed. The Nets have already announced that Mirza Teletovic, Alan Anderson and Shaun Livingston are sitting on Tuesday against the Knicks, and Paul Pierce, Joe Johnson and Deron Williams are all game-time decisions. According to ESPN, in a possible effort to avoid the Bulls in the first round, the Nets could sit all six players. No way this backfires, right?
Heat shut down to get No. 2 seed & now Nets putting No. 6 in play by maybe sitting 6 rotation players. Talk about respect for the Raptors
