Michael Jordan declared that if he was still in his prime, he would beat LeBron James and a host of other hoops legends in 1-on-1 battles. According to MJ, the only person who may be able to emerge victorious, is Kobe Bryant. Both James and Bryant responded to Jordan’s claims today. Per the Miami Herald and KB’s Twitter: “James laughed off the comment. James is on the cover of NBA2k14. ‘It was for my game?’ James said of Jordan’s comments. ‘It’s a good promotion thing.’ James said ‘absolutely’ he’s thought about a matchup with Jordan but ‘no one will ever see it and it’s not going to happen. But it’s good for people to talk about … M.J. said that?'”
