Brighter times are ahead for Brooklyn Nets guard Spencer Dinwiddie.
After tearing his ACL just five months ago, Dinwiddie has been cleared for all basketball activities, according to The Athletic’s Shams Charania.
Dinwiddie had played in just three games and 64 total minutes in 2020-21.
However, in the 2019-20 season, Dinwiddie averaged 20.6 points, 6.8 assists and 3.5 rebounds per game over the course of 64 appearances. The seven-year NBA veteran is set to become a free agent this offseason, as he’s expected to decline his $12.3 million player option for 2021-22.
