The Toronto Raptors have agreed to a four-year extension with OG Anunoby, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. The deal, worth $72 million, will keep the 23-year-old in town through the 2024-25 campaign.
That fourth and final year will come with a player option, Wojnarowski adds.
Anunoby will play out the last season of his rookie deal in 2020-21 and could be in for a larger role after posting 10.6 points and 5.3 rebounds per game for the Raps this season.
Anunoby’s value has stretched beyond the box score the past few seasons as he’s also established himself as a plus defender.
