Post Up: Cavs In Control

Hornets 103, Heat 115 (Miami leads 2-0)

The Heat missed just three shots during a 43-point second quarter and never looked back. Charlotte shot just 1-16 from beyond the arc. Dwyane Wade dropped 28 points with 8 dimes and swooped in from out of nowhere in the third quarter to stuff Kemba Walker’s three-point attempt.

Pistons 90, Cavs 107 (Cleveland leads 2-0)

The Cavs hit 20 shots from behind the arc, tying an NBA record for number of threes in a single playoff game. LeBron led the way with 27 points and was not impressed when Marcus Morris left him wide open on the perimeter in the third quarter.

LeBron was fired up the whole game. Case in point:

Blazers 81, Clippers 102 (L.A. leads 2-0)

The Clippers turned in an all-around strong effort, led by Chris Paul’s 25 points. The Blazers weren’t doing themselves any favors either, shooting 34.1 percent and a dreadful 5-26 from outside. DeAndre Jordan recorded a team-high 18 rebounds and 5 assists, and was perhaps fired up by a surprise punch to the jaw by Clippers’ assistant coach Mike Woodson.
