The Denver Nuggets will welcome Paul Millsap back on a one-year, $10 million contract, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. The move will keep a former All-Star in the fold for a Nuggets team that thrived in the bubble.
Millsap’s return comes in the wake of Jerami Grant’s departure. The 35-year-old averaged 11.6 points and 5.7 rebounds per game in 2019-20 and could see a similar role in 2020-21.
Millsap had previously been on a three-year, $90 million deal inked with the franchise in the 2017 offseason.
