The Milwaukee Bucks are looking at more roster decisions leading into the playoffs after finding out that their recently acquired small forward DeAndre’ Bembry would be lost for the season due to a knee injury, according to ESPN on Sunday.
Bembry underwent imaging on Sunday afternoon, but it was only believed to confirm that the injury suffered in Saturday night’s 122-109 loss to the Golden State Warriors is very serious and season threatening.
DeAndre’ Bembry will miss the remainder of the season with a right knee injury.

Milwaukee signed Bembry for perimeter depth, filling spot minutes with Donte DiVincenzo being sent to the Sacramento Kings and injuries to Pat Connaughton. In the short term, look for Wesley Matthews and Jordan Nwora to be relied upon to fill Bembry’s 10 minutes going forward.
Bembry averaged 5.8 points in 48 games with the Brooklyn Nets before they waived him to create a roster spot after the blockbuster trade for James Harden and Ben Simmons.
Bembry was a first-round pick of the Atlanta Hawks in 2016, where he played the first four years of his career before moving on to the Toronto Raptors, Brooklyn, and now Milwaukee.
