Sixers legend Julius “Dr. J” Erving says that Ben Simmons is a transcendent talent, the likes of which has rarely been seen in the NBA.
On Tuesday, the Hall of Famer told Philly.com’s Keith Pompey that Simmons’ skill set is “once-in-a-decade, maybe once-in-a-lifetime.”
