JR Smith turned himself in to NYPD on Friday following a July incident where he allegedly threw a fan’s phone into a construction site.
Smith, 32, will return to Manhattan Criminal Court later this year to face a criminal mischief charge.
TMZ captured video of Smith walking in to Manhattan’s 10th Precinct on Friday morning.
