Isaiah Thomas has given us nothing but unequivocal reasoning as to why he should be on an NBA roster.
The free-agent guard just dropped 81 points (ode to the Mamba) in The Crawsover Pro-Am League, which is put on every summer by hometown hero Jamal Crawford.
And it was even better in person!!!!!!!!! What @isaiahthomas did today we will be talking about decades from now 👑🙌🏾💐 https://t.co/RaP4uHXuaN

The Seattle native usually suits up in his Nike Kobe Protros and gets to work on the summer circuit, pulling up from well beyond the arc and using his All-NBA footwork to slice around the defensive pressure.
Yesterday’s run at Seattle Pacific University was nothing less than extraordinary. Thomas had poured in 40 points before halftime including a bone-chilling crossover that sent his defender sliding four feet.
Thomas has been on a rampage this summer, scoring 37 in his Drew League debut back in July, setting the AEBL scoring record with 65 just a week later, then dropped this 81-point gem.
Nearly a year removed from his latest hip surgery, Thomas is in peak condition, flying past defenders with ease and displaying his quintessential shot-making that made him so deadly in his Eastern Conference battles with the Boston Celtics.
Give IT a shot. He’s more than ready for the League.
