Last week the Phoenix Suns continued to fill up the backup center spot in the rotation by resigning power forward Frank Kaminsky III to a one year contract according to Marc Stein.

Frank Kaminsky played with Phoenix in the 2019-20 season. When the Suns declined their team option on him, He signed with the Sacramento Kings. After Sacramento waived him before the season started, Phoenix picked him up for the season.
Kaminsky made an impact with his postseason minutes in the NBA Finals after Dario Saric suffered an ACL injury in Game 1. The possibility of Saric sitting out the season opens up opportunities for Kaminsky due to his ability to space the floor in certain lineups.
Kaminsky has played 86 regular-season games over his two stints with the team (including 26 starts), averaging 8.0 points and 4.2 rebounds in 17 minutes.
More to do, more to come.
