The Cleveland Cavaliers have announced the signing of Marques Bolden to a 10-day contract, giving them a total of 15 standard contracts. The 21-year-old big man had played previously with the team’s G League squad.
Bolden has averaged 9.0 points and 6.3 rebounds per game in 28 contests for Cleveland’s G League affiliate in Canton already this season. He additionally played with the Cavs franchise in summer league and training camp.
Bolden went undrafted this summer after three years at Duke. He averaged 5.3 points and 4.5 rebounds per game in less than 20 minutes of action as a partial starter for the Blue Devils in 2018-19.
