The Milwaukee Bucks have agreed to a three-year, $21 million deal with former Magic guard DJ Augustin, reports ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
One of the steadiest backup point guards in the NBA, Augustin will provide some much-needed depth and veteran leadership for the Bucks.
With two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo entering the final year of his contract, Milwaukee is looking to make a run at the championship in 2020-21.
Augustin, 33, is entering his 13th season after playing the last four years in Orlando. He averaged 10.5 points and 4.6 assists in 24.9 minutes last season.
