Brandon Ingram is highly gifted offensively, averaging 24.0 points per game including two 30+ point performances so far this season. According to Will Guillory of The Athletic, Ingram is on a mission to become even more of a lethal scorer.
“Just bust everybody’s ass. Kill everybody in front of me,” Ingram said in regards to how he wants to improve his game. “Make sure that I don’t let anybody off the hook.”
Ingram has a well-rounded offensive game but it’s clear that he’s looking to get even better on that side of the floor. He’s currently tied for 18th in the league in scoring this season and has a chance to climb that ladder.
The former No. 2 overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans from the Los Angeles Lakers in the massive trade for Anthony Davis. The Pelicans officially have their star-duo-of-the-future with both Ingram and Zion Williamson.
