Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder hold a 2-1 lead over the defending champion Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals. In a matchup against the back-to-back MVP, it’s been Durant, not Steph Curry, whose looked like the best player in the series so far.
Over the last week, Durant is leading the NBA Playoffs in scoring at 29.3 ppg, plus 8 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game. More importantly, he scored 33 points in the Thunder’s Game 3 win over the Warriors on Sunday night, and all of a sudden OKC is in the driver’s seat in the Western Conference. We see you, KD!
