The NBA announced that NBA Commissioner Adam Silver is set to miss Game 6 of the NBA Finals due to his remaining in the League’s Health and Safety protocol.
Silver has already missed Game 5 due to the same issue.

Should the Warriors win Thursday’s Game 6, Deputy Commissioner Mark Tatum will present Golden State with Larry O’Brien Trophy and the Bill Russell NBA Finals MVP, according to Woj.
Silver has been the NBA’s commissioner since February 2014. This is the ninth championship series the league has held during his tenure, including the 2020 season that took place in the Orlando Bubble.
