Since declaring for the 2016 NBA Draft, potential No. 1 pick Ben Simmons has kept people guessing which apparel company he will sign with. Since making the announcement that he will enter the Draft, Simmons has been spotted in both Nike and adidas during workouts and while sitting courtside at Cavs games.
The guessing game is nearly over as the Australian native is reportedly close to inking a a multi-year deal with Nike after the powerhouse upped the ante. Simmons is represented by Rich Paul and Klutch Sports, who also represent LeBron James.

Simmons is choosing Nike’s offer over one from adidas, sources said, after Nike increased its proposal for Simmons.
Simmons’ deal is believed to be one of the largest rookie deals for Nike, but not close to the deals signed by LeBron James and Kevin Durant.
