Alex Len has played for three different teams in the past three seasons but has been a productive big regardless of where he has suited up. For the upcoming season, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported that Len will play with the Toronto Raptors on a one-year, $2.3 million deal.
Last season, playing for both the Hawks and Kings, he averaged 8.0 points and 5.8 rebounds per contest. While he hasn’t been a consistent starter for any team throughout his career, Len is known for being one of the better backup centers in the NBA.
With both Marc Gasol and Serge Ibaka leaving Toronto in free agency, Len is an important pickup and will likely have an important role in the upcoming season.
