Orlando Magic: Projected 2020-21 Depth Chart

The Orlando Magic had a fairly quiet offseason. Although they made the playoffs last season, they weren’t a true contender. This should hold true in the upcoming season as well, in which the Magic should be a team who battles for a playoff spot but likely won’t be competing for an NBA title.

We broke down the Magic’s depth chart for the 2020-21 season below. We’ve also previously published a summary of the Magic’s offseason.

Biggest Questions

  • Will Mo Bamba play? To this point, he’s been held out of games due to the fact that he is still recovering from having COVID-19 earlier this year. Everyone across the league hopes that he recovers soon and is able to take the floor early in the season.
  • Can Cole Anthony be the steal of the draft? As good as he has the chance to be, he fell to No. 15 in this year’s draft and gives Orlando much needed playmaking. He looked excellent in the preseason and will have plenty of opportunity in the upcoming season.
