The Milwaukee Bucks will be looking to bounce back from an early playoff exit in the 2020 NBA Playoffs.
Led by back-to-back MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Bucks are also at his mercy, now feeling the pressure to prove to him that they can win an NBA championship with him in his prime. This season could prove to be the most pivotal one for the Bucks since they traded Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to the Los Angeles Lakers in 1975.

Biggest Acquisitions
- Jrue Holiday: Trading for two-time All-Defensive guard Jrue Holiday was the Milwaukee Bucks’ splash move this offseason, as they found their necessary upgrade over Eric Bledsoe, a below-average 3-point shooter and playoff performer. All in the name of keeping the Greek Freak in the Cream City.
- Bobby Portis: Bobby Portis replaces Robin Lopez as the Bucks’ energy big off of the bench but unlike his predecessor, Portis is more than willing to take shots from beyond the arc. As a result, Giannis Antetokounmpo should always find himself with space to drive or with an outlet when defenses load up against him in the paint.

Biggest Losses
- Eric Bledsoe: Eric Bledsoe may not have endeared himself to Bucks fans as much as he should have due to a number of woeful playoff performances over the last few seasons. However, he was a dependable slasher, playmaker and defender whose overall impact in Milwaukee has gone underappreciated.
- George Hill: George Hill is one of the most reliable point guards in the league, valued for his experience, leadership, 3-point stroke and defense. Although he came off the bench during his time in Milwaukee, he’s a starting-quality player.
