The Los Angeles Clippers continued to add depth to their frontcourt in the upcoming absence of Kawhi Leonard by signing forward Harry Giles III to a non-guaranteed deal according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Free agent C/F Harry Giles is signing a non-guaranteed deal with the Los Angeles Clippers, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Giles was the No. 20 pick in 2017 Draft and played for Portland last season.

Last season, Giles played with the Portland Trail Blazers on a one-year minimum deal. In 38 games he averaged 2.8 points and 3.5 rebounds in 9.2 minutes. Giles will try to make a Clippers squad hoping to stay in championship contention despite their superstar forward, Kawhi Leonard slated to miss a significant portion of the season with a partial ACL tear in his knee.
Giles will look for minutes behind veteran big men Ivica Zubac and Serge Ibaka at the center position if he can make the regular season roster. The team currently has 14 players on guaranteed contracts.
Giles joins fellow former Duke players Luke Kennard and recently signed Justise Winslow on the Clippers roster.
