Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James continues to say goodbye to South Beach.
James is looking to unload his oceanfront crib for a cool $17 million.

In 2010, basketball superstar LeBron James moved from Cleveland, where he played for the Cavaliers, to Florida for a chance to win an NBA title or two for the Miami Heat. He quickly plunked down $9 million for a large, gated and newly constructed mansion wedged on to a narrow, .45-acre bay front lot in affluent Coconut Grove. Over the summer the well-compensated Mister LeBron signed back with the Cavs and has hoisted his empty manse in Coconut Grove up for sale with a heavy-duty $17 million price tag.
Listing details describe the bay front house as “the King’s palace” and show the 12,178-square-foot residence has six bedrooms, eight full and one half bathrooms, a “sommelier’s wine cellar,” home theatre, an elevator, a 4,500 square foot entertainment terrace, an infinity edged pool that lights up like a Christmas tree, dock space for not just one but two 60-foot boats, a state-of-the-art security system — natch, a private generator and — in case anyone might be curious — annual taxes of $186,521.
