Things got a little bit intense at Lakers practice Thursday — Kobe Bryant was unhappy with the level of effort his teammates supplied during the training session.
At one point, Kobe yelled at GM Mitch Kupchak about the sorry squad he’s assembled this season. (Hang in there, Mitch. You’ll soon be free …)
Nick Young then added fuel to Bryant’s fire by talking all kinds of crazy junk.
Per the LA Times:
Kobe extremely unhappy on the practice court. "Now I see why we've lost so many games. We're soft like Charmin!"

Kobe yelled to Kupchak while leaving practice court: "These (expletives) aren't doing (expletive) for me." Didn't think team practiced hard.

More Kobe: He didn't think the second unit did a good enough job today. Starters crushed them in scrimmage.

Kobe: “I just challenge guys, see what happens. I’ve always believed in throwing them in the pool and then seeing if they can sink or swim.”

As for Nick Young’s trash talk and boasting, Kobe was unmoved:
Kobe laughed when asked about Nick Young: "I think Nick probably regrets getting me started in practice and saying something."

Kobe on Nick Young's proclomation that nobody in this world can guard him one-on-one: "Thank god I’m not from this world."
