The Cavs were blown out in Game 2 of the NBA Finals and to add insult to injury, Cleveland may be without the services of Kevin Love for Game 3 and beyond.
Love was hit in the back of the head by Harrison Barnes as Barnes went up for a rebound. Love remained in the game, but pulled himself and headed to the locker room early in the third quarter.
The NBA sent a press release during the fourth quarter and said he “experienced dizziness” and “has now been placed in the NBA Concussion Protocol and will not return to play.”
